Training Network is committed to respecting your privacy concerns with the information you entrust with us. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.

Security: We store subscriber and customer files with personal information securely. Such files are stored in secure areas not accessible to the public. Your credit card information used for online transactions is safely encrypted using GeoTrust technology. The shopping cart is on a secure server as noted by the https:/ in the URL location. However, if you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the Internet, you may call a Customer Service Representative at 800-397-5125 to complete your credit card transaction. For your protection, you should never put your credit card information in an unencrypted e-mail and only when you see https:/ in the URL location indicating a secure connection.

Removal: We will immediately unsubscribe anyone who requests that their name be removed from our e-mail lists. To be removed, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any e-mail from us, or send an e-mail to sales@trainingnetwork.com with the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Product alerts: From time to time, we may also send you news bulletins or product alerts on products or services from Training Network, or other carefully screened companies. Any such message will ALWAYS provide you with a link or other easy means of unsubscribing to further e-mails. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to sales@trainingnetwork.com at any time with the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject field of the message.

Third party use: Occasionally we make our customer list available to other reputable organizations so you may receive offers you might find interesting. However, we will NOT share with others any demographic information that you may provide to us. To stop receiving such e-mails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail or send an e-mail to sales@trainingnetwork.com at any time with the word Unsubscribe in the subject field of the message.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a 100% refund or credit. Simply send your product back to us in a salable condition with original packaging slip within 14 days of shipment. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. There will be 20% restocking charge applied for all returns received between 14-30 days, after shipping.

All sales are final after 30 days from shipping. We guarantee our product will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. If there are defects, you may exchange for a replacement program of the same title, length, language, and format. To return the defective product, please contact Customer Service at 800-397-5125 or sales@trainingnetwork.com.

Shipping:
All Orders placed for DVD or USB purchases will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. If a customer needs other expedited shipping methods, those options can either be selected online or talking directly to our support team. The Order Confirmation provides the information about the products ordered including pricing. Any backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Digital Licensing Fulfillment:
Your Training Network Account Manager will contact you within one (1) business day to obtain your choice of media format (see info about Digital Media here to learn about formats available). Once we receive your format selection, Training Network will email you our Digital License Agreement for your review and signature. As soon as we receive your signed agreement back, we will create your digital media and send electronically within 5 to 7 business days.

Previews:
For Corporate customers, Training Network programs are available for preview. Click on the video to begin your free preview. Online previews are designed to help users finalize their purchase decisions. Online previews cannot be used for training as any such use violates U.S. copyright laws.

Our DVD’s are available for a 3-week preview upon request. If the videos do not meet your content requirements, the DVD Previews must be returned to Training Network, 106 Capitola Drive, Durham, NC 27713, via a traceable delivery service (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground) at your cost. Please include a copy of your Order Confirmation or contact information. Items lost in shipping without the proper tracking information will be billed at full price. Previews are shipped only to US and Canadian addresses. Items not returned after preview will be billed at full price.

Training Network does not permit preview for Training Kits or any other type of non-video products. We recommend you preview the video itself then, when satisfied, order the Kit that includes that program.

Quotes:
Any quotation we provide will be valid for the duration stated in the quotation. If no duration is stated, the quotation will be valid for 30 days.

Purchase Orders:
For corporate customers, Training Network can support purchases through the purchase orders.
